User Verification & Review
All registered Users on Space24x7 undergo our checks to confirm their identity. Our system require Mobile Number and Email ID for user to become our community member. We perform social verification and we hire 3rd party agency to establish identity. We advise our users to upload country specific driving license/passport etc. which gets authenticated by us.
Renters pay for the parking or storage of their goods through our site using the Stripe Inc. Payment Gateway. Stripe Inc uses the very latest 256-bit SSL security & is 100% PCI compliant, for your peace of mind.
Space Hosts receive payment for their space immediately upon acceptance of the goods, with recurring monthly payments for the duration of the agreement.
As a valued Space24x7 Customer, you will automatically benefit from our refund guarantee. If you book through our platform, we guarantee that you will always be reimbursed in full (including Fees & Taxes) if:
>Space is unavailable on the agreed date and time
>Space address is incorrect
>Space description or listing details are substantially misleading
>Host does NOT cancel the booking and informs the Renter on check-in date
>Refund request is received on the day the booking starts and is approved after investigation on emergency situations.
>All the above criteria are subjected to our absolute discretion and judgement
Safety in Stored Goods
As a Space Host, you set the access, terms and conditions of rental. Our Terms of Services clearly states that Dangerous goods and items must not be stored in any space including:
>Radioactive materials; highly flammable or hazardous goods
>Living plants or animals; food or perishable goods
>Toxic, polluted or contaminated goods
>Firearms, munitions, weapons or explosives
>Anything damp, moldy, rotten or infested with or damaged by parasites
>Any item which emits any fumes or strong odor
>Cash and securities
As a Space Host if you ever feel uncomfortable either with the Renter or with the goods being stored, we strongly recommend that you immediately Contact Us, and we will arrange cancellation and removal of the goods on your behalf.

Space24x7 strives to be transparent in all transactions and communication, therefore all transactions are recorded and kept safely and securely. All events of renting cycle are communicated between Space Owner and Renter securely via Email and SMS which avoids miscommunication and frustration in the renting process.
