4. Host does NOT cancel the booking and informs the Renter on check-in date

5. Refund request is received on the day the booking starts and is approved after investigation on emergency situations.

6. All the above criteria are subjected to Space24x7’s absolute discretion and judgement

How to manually request a refund via email

1. Your refund request must be received on the day your booking started

2. Contact by email  and reference your booking ID

3. Include the reason for your refund request e.g. inaccurate description, the space was too small and any specific situation

4. Provide any photographic evidence, receipts or statutory declarations to assist the investigation.

Automatic cancellation via Dashboard

1. Yes, you are refunded full (excluding Fees & Taxes) if booking cancellation is done 24 Hours prior to check-in date

2. No refund applicable to Renter for cancellation less than 24hrs prior, on or after check-in date.

Exclusions

1. In case of Parking Space, parking fines, towing charges and other fines are not included as part of this guarantee

2. The cost of alternative or replacement transport is not included in this guarantee.
